We cordially invite you to join us in Café Sabarsky for a wine tasting dinner, hosted in connection with Rosenthal Wines. Acclaimed Austrian winemakers Anita and Hans Nittnaus will be featured, and will present a special menu paired with their exquisite wines. The Nittnaus family are influential pioneers of contemporary Burgenland’s dynamic wine scene, and among the greatest growers in the region. The Nittnaus family has resided in Burgenland since 1684. Austria’s easternmost wine region, Burgenland produces the country’s best and most respected red wines, from vineyards whose proximity to Hungary’s warm Pannonian plains ensures proper ripening for the indigenous Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt grapes.

Guests will enjoy a reception with passed canapés at 7 p.m., followed by a four-course dinner at 8 p.m. The menu offers elevated Austrian cuisine prepared under the direction of Café Sabarsky’s Michelin-starred Executive Chef, Christopher Engel, as fourth generation winemaker Martin Nittnaus accompanies guests throughout the evening to highlight their wines, offering pairings and tasting notes.

Tickets

$320 per person.
Tickets include the cost of a four-course dinner, passed canapés, and all wine pairings. Please note that Café Sabarsky is unable to accommodate menu substitutions. Please see the menu below.
