Visitor Policies

We have amended our visitor guidelines and regulations to ensure that we are providing a safe environment for all. By visiting in person, you agree to abide by these policies, and the Neue Galerie reserves the right to ask visitors who do not follow these guidelines to leave the premises. Please plan ahead for your visit.

LATEST UPDATE

Effective April 14, 2022, the Neue Galerie will no longer require proof of vaccination for patrons entering the building during regular museum hours. Until further notice, the Neue Galerie will continue to require all visitors age 2 and up to wear a face mask unless seated for dining. Proof of vaccination will continue to be required for guests attending special programs and events at the museum, Neue Galerie staff and contractors, and visitors entering administrative spaces. While New York City has discontinued Key to NYC requirements as of March 7, 2022, businesses can still choose to require proof of vaccination and masking. As health conditions may change, the Neue Galerie reserves the right to amend its policies, and will communicate updates here.

Please see below for more information.
